Well the Canoe Trip pictures are forthcoming, but the Nova Scotiaones are up. Things are going smoothly for summer, I will be finished my contract with the MNR in mid-August, so off for 3 months until I can go back again. May just take the time and relax and do some visithing/travelling, what do you think?
Have the Dragonboat races coming up later this month, and the Canada Day celebrations here were nice, took some more pictures, and it convinced me more I want that Canon Digital Rebel, if you want to donate to my cause, email me! hehe We are also looking for a college/university room mate for the school year, so if you are looking contact me! Put the CBC link to the Olympic News on the right as well. Think the site is due for a change, have to shake things up a bit…
Well we are just about to take off for what the guys are calling Death Trip 2004, although I think we will be just fine. Going down the Agawa River.
Also Jill is having fun in Scotland, sounds like a blast, will hold her to that postcard. Also heading to Nova Scotia around June 9th for Andrew’s wedding and some fun, going alone so far, if anyone wants to join me, drop me an email!
Well the canoe trip is in one week, then I am off to Nova Scotia a couple weeks later. Contract is up at the MNR in August. Summer is certainly starting off to be a cool one. Also Ryan has taken over DMing for a while, so I can get back to playing and relaxing, not so much prep anymore. I’ll take lots of pictures on the canoe trip down the Agawa River and when I get to Andrew’s Wedding in Cape Breton!
Filmed dad’s blast and realized I really need a tripod, so I bought one, but after I did this filming, anyways, it is here for you to watch
Summer is coming! Was 16 degrees here yesterday, fairly warm for that time of year. Parents were up for the Roger Whittaker concert. He was enjoyable. Have the Curling Bonspiel in a couple weeks and then the Canoe Trip. My last day at the MNR is coming up on August 13th, so I’m looking for work again, or I may just take the 3 months and travel, we’ll see. As well going to Nova Scotia in June, let me know if you want to come along!
Not much to report this month, work has been fun, worked two weekends in a row, but got lots done, easy stuff, fun to play with, but other proejcts that need to be done get pushed back, oh well. Might be looking for a job in just over 5 months so if you know anyone that needs a guy like me, yell! Lots coming up for summer, busy busy busy.
Just because Pat passed it to me, and its driving me up the wall, the rest of you can now be bothered, don’t ask, just go watch.
Kenya, Lions and Tigers
Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! Busy busy. Hope to get hockey back up and running now that it isn’t freaking cold out. Got the Agawa River Canoe Trip coming up in May long run. Men’s Bonspiel in Wawa early April and Andrew Duke’s wedding in mid June back in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. D&D still going although I think a chaotic party makes for some strong conflicts. Melissa moves out mid-March so we need a new roommate. As well the Survivor 8 Pool is going well. Work is also very busy, many projects on the go, guess that year end thing. Hope everything is going well for everyone…
Hey, lots going on….
Survivor 8 All Stars Pool page is up, will be making some updates here shortly, all is well, just really cold here in Thunder Bay lately.
Last entry for 2003 eh? December just flew by. Survivor Pool is over, Gwen won the 1st prize, with Jeff and James close by. Cheryl and I tied very close behind as well. May start another pool up in February for the All-Stars so we will see. Christmas was fun back home in Wawa. Got camping stuff, clothes, and it was nice seeing the family again. Put up new reviews of LOTR and Elf. Not much else, still plugging away…
